In order to secure permanent changes to society, revolutionaries must have access to children, future generations in which to implant their revolutionary concepts. It is also necessary for them to have the children separated from their families as early as possible. This is due to the fact that the family instills in children cultural values, and faith, which are frequently contrary to the revolution. This method was successfully instigated by Karl Marx who used this process to impose communism on many societies.
Traditional Values Undermined
The U.S. and Canada are currently experiencing the above process, instilling in children left-wing progressive values, especially in the sexual domaine, that are superseding and denigrating traditional family values that are part of the faith of many parents. U.S. President Donald Trump is grappling directly with this problem by threatening to dismantle the U.S. Federal Department of Education. He has been assisted in this undertaking by the Supreme Court of the U.S. which on June 27, 2025, held in a 6-3 decision that parents’ rights have priority over the State’s sex education curriculum.
Most of the troubling material provided in the sex education curriculum leans to an LGBTQ+ thrust. Consequently, the LGBTQ+ were outraged by the Supreme Court’s decision in Maryland and Mahmoud v. Taylor that effectively cuts off their access to indoctrinating children. In that case the LGBTQ+ had argued that the curriculum and the homosexual books recommended by the program were “literature” that exposed children to the message that LGBTQ+ people exist, and taught children that they must react with kindness to them. The majority of the Supreme Court dismissed this argument, stating that the material in question was plainly intended to contradict the parents’ religious beliefs by teaching explicit sexual orientation and gender identity issues. The Court said that this offensive material required teachers to be dismissive of a student’s religious beliefs and to shame and embarrass them about their parents’ values and faith.
Sex Education Curriculum in Canada
In Canada, the political left-wing Supreme Court is not legally impartial, as indicated by its previous decisions dealing with homosexual issues. It is likely, therefore, that it will bend over backwards to protect the LGBTQ+over the long-standing inherent rights of parents. The only recourse for parents is to be vigilant about the material that is presented to the children in the school system and raise objections with provincial authorities. This is because it is apparent that many provincial education departments and school boards across Canada have been infiltrated by militant extremist left-wing ideologues. An example of this takeover is the behaviour of the Toronto Catholic school board which refuses to support the annual March for Life while allowing staff and students to attend Pride events and putting up the Pride flag. Its activities calendar does not include Catholic events but includes non-Catholic events such as Buddha Day.
Ontario
In 2015, the Liberal government under Premier Dalton McGuinty prepared a sex education curriculum for children for use in public schools. At the time this sex education program was drafted, the Deputy Minister of Education in Ontario (2004-2009), Benjamin Levin, was an active pedophile. Not surprisingly, the sex education curriculum caused a justified uproar in the province which led Premier McGuinty to withdraw it from circulation. McGuinty was replaced as premier by the lesbian Premier Kathleen Wynne who kept Levin on as an advisor as well as provided him with extensive contract work in the Department of Education. Ms Wynne quickly re-instated the controversial sex education program in the schools. In 2018, the Progressive Conservative party in Ontario held a leadership race, during which this controversial sex education program became a major issue. Leadership candidate Doug Ford promised during the campaign that if he became premier, he would re-examine the program and consult with parents before implementing it or any other program. When Mr. Ford subsequently became premier, he reviewed the sex education program, ignoring parents who did not support it, and instead allowed parents who did support it, to dominate the debate.
Consequently, the controversial curriculum remains in place today in Ontario’s public schools. When Premier Ford decided to continue with the controversial sex education program, the issue was appealed to the Ontario Courts, at which the Ford government vigorously and successfully argued in support of the program. On March 3, 2015, pedophile Benjamin Levin was charged by the Toronto police with three counts of making and distributing child pornography. He was found guilty, and sentenced to three years imprisonment for the possession of child pornography, making child porn, and counselling to commit sexual assault against a child under sixteen years of age.
It is important to note that Levin had previously obtained a master’s degree from Harvard University. This degree clearly impressed education officials who did not look at Mr. Levin’s lack of moral character. Unfortunately, an elitist education at Harvard was no indication of Mr. Levin’s suitability for the important positions he held in education, not only in Ontario, but also across the country.
Even though Levin was a convicted pedophile, he left his perverted footprint in many places. The prolife organization Campaign Life Coalition (CLC) conducted a survey of public school libraries in the Toronto and Waterloo regions of Ontario, and learned that thirty different public school libraries in Toronto, and three public school libraries in the Waterloo region, had included on its shelves the disgusting book entitled Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe. The book includes graphic and disturbing images of homosexual sexual acts as well as heterosexual sexual acts explicitly showing children how to perform them. It also included depictions of oral sex, same-sex penetration, masturbation and other perverted sexual activities. The book depicted these sexual acts in glowing terms, alleging that participation in these acts would result in pleasure and satisfaction. The purpose of this, of course, is to groom children to treat such activities as normal and acceptable.
Saskatchewan
In June 2022, Planned Parenthood made a presentation at Lumsden High School in Saskatchewan. After the presentation, the spokesperson distributed graphic cards for the enlightenment of the students, depicting sexual acts that are unmentionable in polite society. Parents in Lumsden were enraged and brought the issue to the attention of the Minister of Education.
In August 2023, Saskatchewan Education Minister, Dustin Duncan, announced new policies in regard to Saskatchewan’s sex education program. Henceforth parents must be informed of a school’s sex education curriculum prior to it being provided, and given the option to decline the child’s participation in the program. Third party organizations such as Planned Parenthood would no longer be permitted to speak in Saskatchewan high schools. It is significant that a provincial by-election was subsequently held in the Lumsden region, and the ruling Saskatchewan party handily won the election, over the NDP candidate who had vociferously objected to the new parent-approved sex education policies provided by the government.
Alberta
A group of parents in Alberta uncovered a stack of disturbing sexual material in public-school libraries. Among the material was the aforementioned sick book Gender Queer that had been found in the Ontario public school libraries by CLC. The parents took this stack of offensive material to the then Alberta Minister of Education, Adriana LaGrange, who was later replaced in May 2025 by Demetrios Nicolaides. Both ministers were as shocked as the parents by the material. The governing United Conservative Party of Alberta (UCP) announced on July 10, 2025, that effective October 1, 2025, it was imposing a standard in the Alberta public, separate, francophone, public charter and independent schools as follows:
… barred from all school libraries are depictions of “explicit sexual content”, which, according to the order, includes masturbation, penetrative sex, non-penetrative sex, ejaculation and sex-toy use.
But that is not what the legacy media reported the next day (July 11, 2025). The media stated that, “Alberta Bans Explicit Sex Books in Schools, Limits Who Reads about Kissing, Hugging”. It went on to state, “Students in Grade 9 and younger will not be allowed to read about puberty, menstruation and breastfeeding but religious texts, such as the Bible, will be allowed on the shelves.” The legacy media providing this misinformation included the CBC, Global News, Canadian Press, Edmonton Journal, Toronto Star, and Globe and Mail. Misrepresentation of the Alberta government’s policy on sex education had to have been deliberate or was a result of a hopelessly incompetent media. When the media was caught out on this deception, it was forced to revise its stories on July 12, 2025, but not before their account was repeated many times on social media by outraged individuals appalled by the “puritanism” of Alberta. This result may have been the purpose of the inaccurate report in the first place. A column in the Globe and Mail on July 12, by Doug Saunders, addressed the misinformation, brazenly explaining that the Minister of Education in Alberta had reversed its position. This, of course, was an outright lie.
British Columbia
The BC Department of Education has created the scourge of SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) program, which claims to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This description, however, is merely a cover-up to indoctrinate children. But the latter is not the only catastrophe that BC is offering children in the schools. It is also, in some cases, advising children how to use illicit drugs. The Nanaimo Ladysmith Public School District on Vancouver Island gave its approval for its students to attend a homosexual Pride event. This event included a booth organized by the Vancouver AIDs Society which handed out card-sized leaflets that provided drug information. A card labeled METH detailed the drug’s euphoric effects. A card for the date-rape drug, DHV, stated that the substance can make the user feel more “relaxed and more sociable”, adding that the drug increases sexual drive. In effect, the literature was used to groom and encourage children to use illicit drugs overriding parental considerations. The question to be raised by parents is why did the Nanaimo school board sanction a homosexual event knowing that it would inevitably include behaviour and information that was not in children’s best interest.
This is not the first event in BC schools where items were provided to promote illicit drug use. Two years ago, a BC high school, north of Nanaimo, came under the wrath of parents when an awareness presentation on drugs to the students ended with the distribution of “safer snorting” kits. The kits included plastic straws and cards to cut powdered drugs into lines that could then be snorted. The cards further advised that the readers should have condoms and lube nearby as they may want to have sex while high.
The left-wing NDP government in BC is currently struggling with the worst drug crisis in its history, with the highest death rate from overdoses in the country. Yet, it does not seem to be disturbed by what is happening in its schools, not only in regard to sex education but also in regard to drug use.
Children’s Education Must be Determined by Parents, not Extremist Ideologues
In view of what is taking place in some Canadian public schools today, it is obvious that parents must be given predominant control of the curriculum in the schools, especially in family and sex education. Unfortunately, extremists have infiltrated many of the education departments and school boards in Canada. It is critical that parents be vigilant about what is happening in the schools by checking out the school libraries as well as school programs. We can no longer have confidence that children are safe in schools. Further, parents must demand that they have the option of removing their children from participation in any of these offensive programs. Encouraging children to pursue an LGBTQ+ lifestyle and the use of illicit drugs must not be normalized by our schools. Homosexual activists, however, believe that parents’ religious beliefs are dangerous and that LGBTQ+ views must take precedence over Christian beliefs. They believe that the affirmation of LGBTQ+ ideology over Christianity is necessary to “save” lives. This is the long-standing lie of the homosexual and transgender movements. They believe that Christianity is false and dangerous and wish to make parental power illusory, and their views on sexuality to become the norm. This is intolerable. Parents do have, under the law, the right and duty to protect their children. This right must be upheld.
